Roger and Nancy Klein were here to discuss the junk around the house beside them on Bluewater highway. They wondered if there was anything the TWP could do because the people have a lot of junk and dead animals around their place. There is no ordinance in Lyons TWP so there is nothing the Twp Board can do. They were told to call the health department and/or animal control.
C Babcock is going to be riding around with Bud White to check out the roads in the township.
There was discussion between Portland Ambulance Service and Life EMS to try and decide who the TWP should have a contract with. Both were represented and gave the board a lot to think about. The board tabled this and scheduled a special meeting on June 15th to decide.
